Sessions and Packages
If you are a first time client, please complete a booking assessment before your first session. Once you complete the assessment, you can book your low-commitment introductory session. Training package options and flexible payment plans can be discussed in your first session, or feel free to email mvmtmindset@gmail.com
All training packages include: 1 hour workouts, physical evaluations, goal mapping, customized programing, and nutrition review. Payment is through Venmo or Zelle.
Introductory Session
$40
A introductory 45-minute session offered to first time clients. This session give you a chance to get to know me, describe your goals, and try out your first workout with me.
Single Session
$60
Individual 1-hour sessions are an option for clients who have completed their introductory session and have specific questions about exercise form, or certain training modalities, or short-term goals.
6 Session Package
$57/ Session (%5 off — $342 total — paid in installments)
12 Session Package
$54/Session (10% off — $648 total — paid in installments)
